I love lucky's story! He was so lucky to land in orphan nannys arms!

My 3 boys have flown the coop! Settled in with HH(handy hubby), 7 silkies,1 EE, 1 barred rock, 1 Rottweiler, 1 Golden, 1 Yorkie, 3 cats & 5 grand children (within 3 miles)! Live, Love, laugh & enjoy life as it is way too short!

Wow!!!  I have followed your story from day one and I was just looking back at the first pix you posted after you found Lucky.  How amazing that he survived because he looked so close to death when you brought him home.  He is absolutely beautiful and obviously very happy.  I was excited you posted an update and included the photo.  I too will be looking forward to spring pictures of Lucky's babies.  God bless you for your kind heart.

Been following Luck's recovery sinse November 2nd. Incredable !!!  If I ever get hit by a car, the heck with ICU, I want to come to your house. He'll make a GREAT Daddy.thumbsup.gif

I have been following this thread from the day it was started, Lucky has recovered big time just goes to show dont give up on anything no matter how bad

Barred Rock, Polish, Houdan, EE's, Naked Neck Turkens, Silkies, Cochins, RIR, Silver-Laced Wyandotte, Buff Orpington, Delaware, RSL, and a few mutts! I also have 3 ducks - Khaki Campbell and Muscovy!

I have been following Lucky's progress since the beginning as well and appreciate the updates.  He looks GREAT with his hens.  I am glad I made a point of checking back; I haven't been to the thread since the new and improved BYC was introduced.

CHICKENS:to name just a few cochin, orpington,  OEG  also have: mute swans, ducks, geese, and cats

Yes, OrphanNanny, it's about time for an update.  How has Lucky been doing through the winter and when are you planning on hatching the Lucky Jr.'s out?

Would love to see a new picture of him......

Did you ever think when you asked your first question about saving Lucky that he would capture the hearts of so many?
