I need some help :-/

Well I pulled put my brother monogramming machine and well the thread keeps popping and the spool gets all balled up sad anyone have any ideas on how to fix it :-/

im married to an awesome dh for a year one oct 2   , i have 3 doggies 1 guinea pig, quail and i have 4 pullets and 2 BLRW chics and 1 NN chic, and three easter eggers, and four more silkies yay

How old is the thread?

Within the last year or two

Is it Spun Polyester or Embroidery Thread? You can only use certain types for those machines.

Check and recheck your threading,replace the needle,use a good thread,embroidery thread and bobbin thread

Besides all of the above, if you haven't used it in quite awhile, it might need to be oiled.

I have this problem too.  My Simplicity embroidery machine gets the bobbin thread all balled up.  I think it is something to do with threading but I can't get it to cooperate.  I may have to break down and take it to the shop but that will cost scads... Drat!!!!  Good luck with yours.

Thanks for the ideas guess I'll have to wait till Payday to get the right thread and see if maybe that is it :-/
