I think my one little egg that was fertile from Julie's drake is a quitter.  :(  It just doesn't look right and I can't see movement.  But the veins are still there.... I'm giving it til tonight.  I was so excited about that one.

Hey guys... up from a short but much needed nap.  I moved the first 7 to brooder and have the 2 remaining internal pippers and my SA left in the bator.  Trying to keep humidity up at 80 or higher to avoid worse sticking of SA baby to shell. I am still planning to wait a few more hours before continuing to hatch it out.  Hoping the internal pippers finish absorbing the yolk and finish hatching out ok.

My menagerie includes 5 horses, 3 dogs, 4 cats, 33 geese (dewlap toulouse & african) and 11 ducks (muscovy, ancona, cayuga & silver appleyard).

lau.gif My one year old likes to push buttons and deletes my whole post seconds before I'm getting ready to send it. I've given up posting while she's around and just try to stay caught up reading, lol.
