It is sad. Is it hot there? That and no water would have done it. I don't even have a heat lamp on my ducklings because it's hot here and they dump their water so fast I'm afraid they'll get heatstroke. I turn it on a for few hours after I give them their "pool" and that's it.

I was just thinking..

 

I know chickens like I know cars.  They have 4 wheels, some are different colors, you put gas in them, I can change the oil and make small repairs.  But ... don't ask me the difference between a Ford Focus and a Honda civic.  No clue.

One more EE question.

If Ugly is a roo, since he is slow feathering and the girls feathered fast would I get feather sexable chicks from them? If so, ugly might just get to stay and see if he turns handsome like the ugly duckling. smile.png
