Please don't be so hard on yourself Amiga.  You can't change biology from the indside out, nor turn the tide.  IT was her time, thats all.  hugs.gif

Why don't sheep shrink in the rain?

Why is there brail at drive up ATMs??

Why are their floatation devices instead of parachutes in my airplain seat???

If a tree falls in the woods and my husband doesn't hear it, am I still wrong????

Oh Miss Lyida, that's wonderful!  They are very sweet and lovely geese.  No reason not to love them.  I've been telling my mom to get rid of the Chinese geese (which she loves) and keep Toulouse instead.  She wants a guard goose that lets her know if anyone comes, and will not tolerate nosy skunks, possums, or raccoons either.

Thanks ya'll I am so excited and nervous too, I just hope my gander likes her, he has never been around geese before only ducks and chickens and dogs. fl.gif I've heard great things about Toulouse.

So sorry...  sad.png

I don't think I'm going to get any Serama chicks out of the eggs I bought.  Most look totally clear, a couple questionable, and the one I was sure was developing has obviously died.  Unless Jaz manages to get some, I've got nothing.

On a happier note, I'm trying to talk my hubby into one of these puppies below:  The breeder I was looking at referred me to someone in WA state who has puppies right now!

Ancona ducks

Sebastopol geese

Serama chickens

Oh K I am so sorry I  missed this post, I am so sorry she died, something must have gone seriously wrong and it just wasn't meant to be. Please remember that we can't save them all even though we would love to be able to. Sometimes it's just out of our hands.  hit.gif  hugs.gif
