Calling all EE experts! What gender?

Not completely sure of age, probably 5 weeks old or so. Was really slow to feather in. Is this black and white color on EEs usually a boy? His comb is not really as red as in the picture. Thanks guys!

Lol I know it is I have two 2weeks old now not to sure if its a roo or hen im gonna go with hen no comb yet
