Say a little prayer for a BYC friend...... Sad Update

I'm sorry for your loss. It's nice that the last memory of her at the cemetary was surrounded by trees, flowers, and a rooster in the distance. I'm sure you have alot of family support, and she must have many people , relatives, friends, that love and will miss her too.

Looking forward to you being back here on BYC, there are sooo many members here that are in a tizzy cause they have worm problems and can't get a darn good answer! I am tired of replying with "I don't know, ask Jim"

I am so sad for you, Jim. I teared up reading your last couple posts. Ann suffered a great deal these last few years, but she is finally at peace. I hope you can find some comfort in that. I am so sorry you lost your best friend and partner, though. It's tough to be the one that's left behind.

We look forward to seeing you back here, but take as much time as you need to take some care of yourself. You probably need it, my friend.

Just know that you have a lot of people here who are thinking of you.

I just caught up on postings on this thread and was so saddened to hear that your wife had passed. It is so very very hard when you lose your best friend. My husband passed away two years ago from cancer and it still sometimes feels like a fresh sucker-punch to my heart. Some days will be good and some not so good, but take comfort in the fact that God has a plan for you and is helping you through each and every day, and that you can call out Ann's name in your heart and she will hear you.
