Cockerel
I would say cockerel as well. That comb is pretty pink

One of my RiR hen had a hug comb and nice and pink at that age; however yours has waddles coming up already....so I say it's looking boy'ish. I tired looking for a pic, but am at work sorry. You can look at my post and I'm sure you'll find her....
