looking for ideas for homemade feeder

I ve been using pellets and crumbles for feed and find with both in hanging feeder the waste is great.I put a large pan under to catch some spillage but still lose alot. Looking for ideas to build feeder that is proven to reduce waste.I have found that adding abit of water to the crumbles to make a mash does reduce waste.All input appreciated.

Do you feed them outside the coop or inside the coop?

NPIP Certified-115 Chickens (50 chicks), 13 Geese (6 gosling), 19 BR Turkeys, 7 Rabbits, 60 Muscovy Ducks (12 gosling), 29 Guineas, 9 Peafowl (3 pea chicks), 7 Sheep (5 lamb), 1 Goat and pea and guinea eggs cooking in the incubator.

I suspect if you had a lip on your bowl, you wouldn't have as much spillage.
