Is anyone good at telling the breed of a chicken? My dad recently hopped on board with my fascination of chickens. After I would not give him any of mine he got 2 of his own but the guy he got them from has no idea what they are.

I think that bird is not heavy enough to be a welsummer. Also, I don't think welsummers have white earlobes...I think it is a brown leghorn.
 
Thank you so much for all of your help!!! I do believe that it is a Brown Leghorn because of the white earloboes. Are the brown Leghorns rare? I have never seen them in any of my feed stores around town. Thanks again so much for everyone's input!!!
