Welcome Choo7k. Good to have you on board.

 

 

Hope every one is O.K will these floods. My girls are fine APART from a frickin tree falling on the nest shed, luckily no one was hurt but the ducks had a fright.

Should probably stop "accidentally" buying more chickens!!!

14 hens 6 pullets 2 ducks 6 chicks and 5 quails, still reckon I could fit some more in....somewhere!!!!

Yeah the town about a 5 min drive away from me was under and all power was off. I have a big field and it is near a small river and half the field was flooded, our neighbours got a bit of water in the house (leaks in the roof though). No where near as bad as the people in Bundaberg and Grafton though.

That's looking good Ash!! I've been putting up our run fence (okay so hubby has been putting it up and I've been supervising :-). It feels good to see the progress at the end of the day doesn't it!

Welcome to all our newbies!!

Glad to hear everyone made it through the rain in mostly one piece!

Luke, feel free to look through my galleries and see if there is anything there any good for her to paint. If so I can send you a better resolution one for her to print out.

It flooded where I was it didnt reach us though I kept all my chooks in a coop for half the day!!!!!!!!!!! they were not happy!!!somad.gifbun.gifyep,im doing the bunny dance-ooh the a chooks joining!D.gif
