Good morning folks TGIF
potato chip birds can only get into our run when the door is open and any birds that do that do so at their own risk .. Dusty will bash them!
Birds are quite welcome to walk around the garden and she totally ignores them but if one ventures into the run, I am not sure if it is because she is being territorial or because she knows she has it cornered, but she will go in there and bash it.
mooandmcgee I hope your littlies love their new digs .. if you get chance, I would love to see pics.
sjturner79 yep, my broodies zone out when on the nest but if not on the nest and being broken, they are not very happy and anyone within attack range is fair game, including their flock mates and humans
Some of you have seen these pics but as they are my favourite Broodzilla pics and always give me a chuckle, sharing again for those who have not ..... Hormones have some scary super powers
So, getting back to pigeons and doves and how silly they are .. am I the only one quite frequently chuckling at a chicken frantically jumping up and down at the wire, trying to get to her flock mates in the garden when there is an open door behind her that she just walked through only minutes before?
