Hard to believe you're not a carpenter by trade. 

I've worked with some that didn't have the skill you do.

Some things I have added, I have added Oyster shell feeder along with a Grit Feeder.

I have added Boot trays under the Roosts and that has made a huge diffrence in keeping coop clean.

I have added the same thing under the rabbit hutch.

Figured I d give them some more air flow for the summer the door came off a coop from the 1960's, I also used one of the old wood chicken crates I had to move the chicks to the coop, they were stinking up the basement.

Very nice work and use of that rough cut lumber.  I would have liked to use board and batten on my coop.  Very nice job!
