welcome-byc from the Finger Lakes of New York!  Very happy to have you with us.  I have always had a nice time in Israel.  (I have visited Haifa and Tel Aviv several times.)

Im a guy that has 1 Light Brown Leghorn Rooster, 1 RIR Light Brown leghorn cross Roo, 9 Hens, a RIR, Black Star, Australorp, 1 Easter Eggers, 2 Cochin mix Banties, White Bearded Silkie, and what looks like a Cuckoo Marans mix hen as pets. and 3 mix breed hens

You are starting a great adventure!!

Have you tried some of the kibutzim?  I'll do some poking and PM you if I get anything.  In which part of Israel are you living? I'll see if I can get info. on some close to you.  Any breeds in particular you are looking for?
