Pictures of Blue Birchen Marans?

this is my marans cockerel that I think is a blue birchen or blue/silver I do have a blue pullet with the silver neck too but she was hiding tonight.
 






"Don't it Make My Brown Eggs (Blue)" on the top - she's missing some tail feathers but they're growing back in. Bottom two are of Houdini, the Roo. In one you can see the very very light hay coloration under his waddles. Other than that - they are both looking pretty good but I don't have much to compare to either!!! Any other thoughts from the BYC members??

Don't think the Hen, Blue is laying yet either.
 
Have this little man who popped out of a batch of blue black copper marans. I know typically the blue coppers have brown, red, gold lacing but he is all blue and silver. He still has some growing to do, but can anyone tell me, is this a "more" rare color, or hard to come by color. It is this am unwanted color? The person I purchased eggs from have both coppers and birchens. Im thinking I ended up with an accidental egg from another pen, which is fine. I was debating on keeping him or not, and want to know if anyone has any thoughts on if hes a real keeper or not! Thanks so much for any info you can pass my way!

he is a blue Birchen marans .he look Ok to me ,still young .
