It is a Boerboel. That is my boy BIS CH Steadfast Sebastian BH, BST, TDI, CGC. He was the 3rd Boerboel in the world to achieve a BH degree, does protection work and is a Certified therapy dog. He was also awarded the Judge's Choice Award for the BST at our National Specialty in 2009.
I love him to bits!!

Thanks Nancy, I loved the pic you shared of Bori, too. I work with a lot of English Mastiffs and they have a special place in my heart.
The BST is Boerboel Specific Test - which is a temperament/agility/obedience/protection instincts test designed to show whether or not the dog possess the qualities that should be found in a Boerboel.
The Schutzhund BH is a temperament and obedience test. Dogs have to pass this before they can go on to earn their other Schutzhund working titles. This link gives the details... http://www.kaltersberg.com/Obedience.htm

Here is Tatonka, he is not show quality but still melts my heart. He dressed up as an employee that day.
