This is a Spanish dog, if I am not mistaken. A herder, usually in the merle color.

As per wiki:

The Carea Leonés (pastor leonés) is a breed of herding dog from the province of Castile and León in Europe, in (Spain) and is used as a sheepdog. For centuries, they tended flocks of Churra (sheep) in the mountains of León and bordering provinces.^[1]
