Hello,
I have Birchen Marans hatching eggs available. My birds are from two different farms but I don't know the exact bloodlines. I have 6 pullets with 2 roosters. I have been getting 3-5 eggs daily. The picture of the eggs is from three weeks ago. I double wrap each egg and ship out USPS. These will go out Tuesday. More pictures can be seen on my website. Any questions please ask. Take care.

I just talked with Hawaii dept and you need to send your NPIP certificate and contact info to apply for a permit for hatching eggs and lives.

These Birchens are showing copper in their feathers. The are not pure Birchen yet. They should show only silver feathers. The Blackcopper is still showing through on these birds. Thats why the eggs are dark. Breed a male to a silver Birchen and this will correct it.

Hello,
I don't know Jim Hughie. I bought from two different farms, both stating they had pure Birchens. I am not sure if they have any BCM in them or not. I have hatched a bunch out and so far so good. I always cull for wrong color, size or feathering. Hope that helps. Take care. Bryan
