I've never had goose to eat but gumbo seems like a reasonable choice.

Share with me? droolin Lol, I haven't had goose since I was a kid and went to my family in Iowa's for Thanksgiving. I think I may be getting geese next spring, but none for me this year.

Goose stew. Basically anything that you would do with leftover chicken or turkey would work. So just replace the chicken in chicken and dumplings with the goose meat.

I sometimes like to course grind the cooked meat and let simmer for a few hours in a special homemade chili. Goose chili is very good.

If you can't be kind, at least have the decency to be vague.
If you lend someone $20 and never see that person again, it was probably worth it.
Some mistakes are too much fun to only make once!

No goose is a little more gamey than duck....it's all dark meat, even the breast.
