So I've done some searching for the water cups with float valves, and was only able to find one style at Flemmings. Can anyone point me to other sources?

Thank you!

Yes! Like the first one. Thank you. I'm hoping I can just pop the threaded end through a drilled hole in a bucket and use a threaded nut and washer on the inside.

Thank you!

I need some help setting up mine. I just received my waterer cups that I bought off of Ebay from you and had some questions on setting up mine. I'm going to use a 5 gallon bucket and a galvanized bucket heater like you sell on your website. My main questions are what size hole to drill in the bucket and do you just screw in the watering cups into the bucket or do you put some type of plastic washer on the threads of the cup assembly. Also, do you have to use a gasket or something to seal the cup assemblies to the bucket or do they just seal themselves. Any other help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

I still need to figure out how and where to mount the bucket. How high off the ground is a good height for using these.?

Well, I finished my bucket waterer using the watering cups and a bucket heater. Got it mounted in the coop on a cinder block attached to a chain that goes to the roof so it cannot get tipped over. Now to see if they figure out how to use it.

Did you get my messages?

They should be even with the chickens back so that they have a straight back while drinking.

So, have they?

Well, a few of them have but only because I caught them and stuck their beak in the water. Some of the others still didn't seem to get it. I will go out and see if any of the others seem to have figured it out.

BellevueOmlet,

I did get some emails from you. I didn't get any that told me how high up they needed to be. I might have them a little high because it is sitting on a cinder block with the long side up. I will have to check to see if the cups are back high on the chickens.
