When do eggs stop getting bigger?

So I some Buff Orpingtons and an Easter Egger and one of the BOs just started laying.
I know that the size of the eggs will slowly increase although the current size isn't nearly as small as I was expecting.
How long until the eggs are the size they'll always be?
Does winter affect the size of the eggs or just the frequency of the laying?

My hens lay mediums in the Spring and Summer, and then the eggs I do get in Fall and Winter are Jumbo eggs. It is like they take more time on them and make them bigger. But your mileage may vary.

Current flocks are Giant Cochins, Sizzles, Speckled Sussex , Pearl Guineas, and Swedish Blue Ducks. Coming soon, Lemon Cuckoo Orpingtons and Black Austrolorps!

Mine have laid pretty consistently sized eggs, I never noticed a big increase in size from when they first started to lay.

Aside from the occasional double yolker, the size of my girl's eggs has been very consistent.  The only variant has been the color of their eggs; from pinkish to the standard brown.
