What type of breeding chart are you looking for?

I'm looking for like a hatching/breeding recordkeeping sheets. you know like cock: hen: band color or# how many eggs set. I'm not sure what I need yet.I need to be able to keep track of my breeding birds so I can know who is has what chicks. so I can see who the cock and hen is to keep track of what the chicks thro out and see if they are keepers or culls. I hope this is helpfle for you!
