At 10 weeks with no comb.
I'd say they're pullets.

Updated photos on all - just one day shy of 16 weeks.  Consensus at 4+ weeks and at 10 weeks was 3 boys and a little black pullet.

And the three BBS Ameraucanas at one day shy of 16 weeks.  Although one of the blacks was questioned, most said 3 pullets.  Looks like I won't need to look for a roo . . .

The white one and the 2 red ones are cockerels, the black with gold leakage is a pullet, as well as all 3 Ameraucanas.
