hens cant crow.

If what CNN says is true...Then I must be a 'evil 4-Her'. If you are proud to be a 'evil 4-Her" Or ex4-Her put this in your siggy! I like knowing were my food is from, and how it is raised!

false! they can, its just that they don't usually

not from what i've heard. even my sumatra roo (RIP) had black skin

Nope. Their comb and wattles are black if they are out in the sun, if not then they are red, but their actual skin under their feathers is white/pink. I would know, my dad slaughtered two Sumatra roos.

hmm..True or False: A hen can go broody in any season.

Proud owner of 1 Beagle/German Shepherd mix,1 lovebird, and 25 chickens: 6 BR's, 7 NHR's, 1 BO, 2 GLW's, and 2 BA's, 6 GB's, 1 EE, and 2 roosters that I'm still trying to decipher.. 

Rest in Peace, Dreamy <3 ~My first cat ever. 6/?/10-6/25/12 My little fluffball...:(

false, it depends on the breed


I am doing some research on chickens, do you have documentation, or what is your source of information concerning a chicken being able to fly five miles.
