How much Valbazen do you use for each hen to worm them?

Hi, I'm currently treating my chicken with valbazen. I believe it's tapeworms. They are small white, looks like rice. Should I be treating with the valbazen for 5 days straight?
Thank you for the help. I gave one dose Bout three days ago. They are coming out in poop but look like they are still alive.
