Hello everyone, I'm brand new to Chicken raising.. I joined this site because I would like to learn as much info as possible for Backyard Chickin'ing in Burlington Ontario Canada.
So with that said I will tell you a little bit about me..
I have no chickens at the moment and never have.. That is why I joined here I want to be sure I know as much as I need to know before I start to raise some!
The types of chickens I would have... well I would have to think about that don't know much about Chickens!
Some of my hobbies include Zoo Keeping, Theatre, Art, Child Entertainment, Halloween, Christmas, Event planning, Gardening...
I live in Burlington Ontario Canada in a stand alone house in a complex.. I don't even know if raising chickens in my back yard is even legal..
I used to breed reptiles and I had over 59 of them at once.. Every summer I spend 3 weeks Zoo keeping at a local Zoo in Ontario..
I have a Big backyard with tons of grass, gardens, a vacant shed, big deck, small pond, ect. ect.. When I say big I mean for a House in a city.. It would probably be 1/8-1/4 of an acre..
Any one with information on Backyard Chicken'ing in Ontario Canada could you PRETTY PLEASE send me some info on by-laws and such??
Thank YOU!
CALVIN COX
