:yaYes I would say she's broody. Normally it takes 21 days for the eggs to hatch and I find that if the eggs are taken away they sit there for much longer. To me it feels like 2 months. There is nothing more exciting than gett:yaing babies!

Well today we moved bella out of her nest and closed the coop for a while.. wow was she mad!!! every time one chicken would come in she would chase them back out.. so again we moved her back outside and closed the door.. we did this 3 times.. What a hoot.. she is. She insist on sitting on everyone egg, not just her own.. She a Barred rock and is just acting a little crazy right now..
