I just cant decide on what to get...HELP!

Cant help you their as i only have 2 white chinese from mcmurray. But i love geese!!

For my christmas present I hinted to my bf that I would REALLY love to get some goslings from Holderreads this year...And he said yes!! (Even after I mentioned to him that it could get to be about $250 for what I think I want) And he didn't really give me a limit and so now I just have to decide what I want which is really hard to do I was thinking I would get a pair of the African Dewlap and a pair of Pomeranian...But now Im not so sure...I want about 6 Now Im thinking of doing A pair of the Pomeranian and an assortment on the other 4...but Im not sure which assortment I should get. If you have gotten an assortment from Holderreads post pics please!!! And tell me what breeds you got! And help me decide!!

O and I have 5 geese as of right now and I LOVE them! Geese are without a doubt my favorite out of my flock. I have 1 chinese gander, toulouse pair, and a white chinese pair. I have had the toulouse and african ganders since they were a week old. And they are about 4 (almost 5 now) So im kinda wanting to just add to my flock of geese a little. I dont really have a certain breed of goose that I want to breed, they are pretty much just my pets so Im ok with any breed.

American Buff and Pilgrim are on my list of geese in the future, I have an Emden now but hoping to someday add these 2 breeds to my flock.

Hi! When I finally get out of my moms house im gonna get two pairs of ice lavender american geese. I think they are beautiful! I also want some dewlaps!

Im also getting buffs and pilgrims. But im getting those from metzers

I got 8 fancy assorted from Holderreads last year and they have been wonderful. They all grew out as expected. My Embdens are huge, the American pair and two buff Africans went to a new home and while very chatty were favorites. The Blue American is as sweet as can be.  The tufted Roman was a nice girl too, but is the guest of honor at the end of the month. I have 10 more coming in April for my kids to raise. You can't go wrong with anything from Holderreads.

If I was fortunate enough to live in the States I'd be knocking on the door of Holderreads for more Dewlap Toulouse.  We think our original male is a fantastic bird but he's getting old now

Wow. Both Hulk and Ironman are gorgeous! Congratulations and good luck with whatever breed you get: Considering the source of your new birds I am sure they will be wonderful.

I only  have a pair of Pomeranians, but they are wonderful and hardly aggressive at all: Aside from posturing and hissing. Until they began breeding they barely touched the food I provided and have proven to be very good hawk protection and crowd control (break up and rooster or drake squabbles anywhere around the pond).
