Does this look like a welsommer pullet?

My neice sent photos asking what breeds her birds are.  I'm not certain, and they could certainly be mixes, but the closest I could come on this one is that it might be a welsommer.

Doesn't look anything like my Wellies. It does look like a couple of my Game crosses though.

don't look right for a willie

silkies and (projects), sumatras, lakenvelders, frizzles, polish and (projects), sultans, buff orps, black sexlinks, turkeys, red golden pheasents, Peepers, dogs, cats, fish, horses, wild kids, and one very understanding DH, come on over for a visit to the crazy farm

Not welsummers at all. I would agree, the head makes me think game cross...

Is that ghost barring I see in the color or just muddled darkness? Whatever they are, they are interesting. How large are they?

The only thing I could think of is a wheaten game X speckled Sussex cross. The base color on those birds reminds me of my cubalaya with the the sparse sort of ghost mottling mixed in that could come from the sussex I guess. As best I can replicate the color in the chicken color calculator, the color of that cross would look very similar to this bird.

kinda looks alittle bit like my SS mix.  looks like the legs are white from what I can see. Mine didn't get any speckles til her 2 heavy moult.

No, it's not a welsummer.  She looks gamey, maybe OEG?

Nope, not a Welsummer. I agree with Happy Chooks. She looks gamey. Reminds me of Black Breasted Red OEGB.

Not a Welsummer, but I am no expert on the games and that is kind of what she reminds me of.
