Chick scratches

I may be being paranoid, but can you get sick or anything from chickies scratching you? My girls were practicing roosting on my arm (two 8 week olds) and they scratched my arm up a bit. I washed it off of course, but should I be worried? Is there such a thing as chicken scratch fever?? LOL

My life is a wonderful zoo! 1 Jack Russel TONY, 1 Rat Terrier BRIDGET, 1 Porcelain D'uccle (Victor), 2 Easter eggers (Clara and Loraine), 2 evil barred rocks and 2 two month old Speckled Sussex hens (Kate and Pippa).

Do you have a living will written out???

Just kidding.  I've had them break the skin before, but I'm still here.  I would just use a good anti-bacterial soap with warm water.
