I'm getting really excited for Saturday, thanks Shawn for organizing such a fun event!!  I am hoping my kiddos will like the chicken thing, but I'm sure I'm more excited than they are..  Can't wait to get my birdies from Azriel and still hoping someone can help get some chicks here from pawtraitart, if I didn't already live in IF, I would help out=)

DH, 3 boys under 8;  Birds:  French Blue/Black CM's, BW/Splash Ameracaunas, EE's,OE's, bantam cochin calico project, assorted laying hens.  Next spring (2014): Crested Cream Legbar, Wheaten Maran and American White Bresse hatching eggs...   Wish List: enough space for 10 more breeds

Me too on all fronts! Wish somebody were coming through the Burley-ish area to make a stop over there. Very excited for Saturday! yippiechickie.gif

I thought about going to Paul first, then to chickenstock, about a 1 1/2 hour detour.....but we have soccer that morning so I cannot leave tha early sad.png

If anyone is bringing GLW and or BLRW older chicks or started pullets, I could be talked into a few

I got lucky and married the sweetest man in the world! We raise beef cattle, have too many horses, raise ACD (Heelers), 4-H show pigs, and Lots of chickens.  BBS, Lav., Lemon Cuckoo, and White LF Orps.(love the Orps.) marans, and a cute flock of Mille's..

Reason I asked---My mom lives in Blackfoot, Dad in IF so I am up there a lot. If I do make a side trip to Paul I could pm you to see if you want me to get anything for you, depending on what is available, then drop it to you when I am up to visit. If I can go, I would go there first on my way up next time I visit. Just cannot do it this weekend, with soccer and having to be in I.F. in time for the event. Don't know if it will work, but if I go I will let you know.

I talked with Michelle tonight and she actually doesn't have anything available right now.. I was going to meet up with her tomorrow to try and get some over for you guys...  She is committed to coming next year and bringing a ton of birds though....

Well I want to be up there by 11-ish. My son plays soccer at 8 so I might catch part of his game first. Do you want to meet me at my house at 8:45? If he really wants to go then I will pick him up on our way out at 9 smile.png

I will talk to him and let you know for sure. We might even want to meet a few minutes earlier here, or at the field even, or whatever. If you want me to pick you up I can too, just let me know smile.png
