Hey casa de pollo...  No I am not in the pics, fun to see a pic of you, though!!   I left a little after noon b/c my boys are young and needed lunch=)  I think I might have won eggs!!!  If so, I will now be 'overrun with chickens" and will have to wait on the chicks... I'll have to borrow an incubator from a friend, when I was younger I always used a bantie hen=)  Maybe my Buff will decide to go broody in time, lol!!

Because it is confusing to people that are asked to donate who think they are donating to the actual Rocky Mountain Poultry Club.  It does not draw more attention to them, it takes away from them.

Wow, weird! Who would have thought that! Seems like somebody is always taking offense these days. That is a shame....Hope they don't get too mad, there are worse things for sure. Chicken fans always seem to be the really easygoing fun types, at least the people I have met so far---some of the best people I know. Surprised to see that kind of spirit show up over this issue. Kinda makes me have a bad impression of the club. Hopefully it will all blow over and they can be happy campers again. wink.png

Hey Birdguy! Thanks so much for all you did for the event, it was FANTASTIC and I look forward to the next one. I cannot believe how hard you worked! Everybody I have spoken to is so appreciative of the time you spent organizing, emailing, setting up, countless other things. You are amazing! Hopefully you can delegate a few things next year and not have to do so much, but you have a huge following of supporters and I was so glad I got to meet you in person. Thanks so much for giving us all a fun day ! big_smile.pngbig_smile.png

ETA--Just saw the date for next year. ya.gif

It doesn't need to be confusing to the folks that donate. Simply specify Poultry Club or Chickenstock, and let them know ahead of time that there's a difference.
