Hi (:

I would be a vegetarian if it weren't for bacon

There is a difference between being involved and being committed, the chicken and cow are involved in breakfast, the pig is committed.

I know, the weather has been terrible but was good today so they enjoyed the sun!

I remember when I got my battery hens. They were still young and they weren't in the battery cages long, thankfully! But they've never been outside. I used to watch them during the first few days, they were scared to leave the coop, but they'd walk out just far enough so they'd catch some sun and then they'd cautiously stretch and lie down for a bit. Before running back inside again. It was so sweet and so sad at the same time.
