I would be honored if you subscribe (I know that kinda sounds like I'm spamming... but it's sincere)

Breeder of nothing right now.Read our RE-Build of LES Farms Thread.

Lost everything in a barn fire 2/11/13. Can't even pull it together.

Thank you for all the condolences and all the support and donations given to help us rebuild. You are all so special to us.

Please READ my thread about FIRE SAFETY. Trying to save as many others from the little mistakes that cost me everything.

First link in my signature- just started today, so it's a bit empty.

Chicken math has struck.

The hens: Goose, BR; Fish and Spork, EEs; Broccoli, mutt; Cricket, WCB Polish.

The pullets: Hobbit, bantam lavender Ameraucana; Quark, bantam silver Ameraucana

The chicks: Banjo, BLRW; (not-names-yet), white Sultan

And two beautiful, illegal roosters.  Trying to find homes.

I started my blog after my husband and I moved from the city to the country a year ago. I write about our journey to be self sufficient and anything about country life that inspires me. I recently started a series called "Feathered Friend Friday" where I share pictures and stories of my chickens and guineas on Friday of every week.

Check it out!!!
