I'm keeping my eye on this one. I save my own Marigold seeds for the garden or I would take that offer. I guess I'll have to wait till something else comes up.

Algopurple, your seeds went to the post office and were mailed yesterday.

$1.75 for postage!!!!!  I don't like these new postal rates.  The clerk told me that a padded mailer had to be processed as a small parcel and not as an envelope.  Well, at least if it is getting hand processed, it should arrive in good condition.

Those of you who are planning on sending seeds for $.38 better make sure that package is flat.  I was sending pumpkin seeds, so I figured they would have to be padded, or the post office would crush them.  They'd better, by golly, arrive safely after the post office charged me extra to deliver them.

I had sunflower seeds sent to me in a regular envelope once and they all were crushed.    The regular letters are processed in machines that use rollers to sort them faster and thats how they get crushed.  A padded envelope will be hand processed all the way.  It should be safe.   
Last year when I did seed swaps, I never got them shipped for less than 1.75 most times.   Regular postage is .44 now and is going to go up to .45 Jan. 23rd.

Got your seeds today!   Wow!  No wonder postage was so much lol.  You went above and beyond anyone else I have ever swapped seeds with.   If you ever want anything I have, I will be sure and return the favor.  Thanks.
