For chicken eggs I would lower the humidity to around 40-45% for incubation and about 60% for hatching. And make sure they are turned at least three times per day. The temp sounds good, I incubate at 99.6 but it doesn't make a huge difference.

Hi! My dog ate my hatching eggs.... GRRRR!!!!!!!
