I love doing yoga! But unfortunately I live in a tiny town and the only yoga instructor around here is kinda (okay really) creepy! He's just a little off his rocker if you ask me. So I have had to settle with doing yoga on my Wii Fit. Still kicks my butt though!

I too live in a small rural town in OK, we don't have any yoga instructors at all, not even a creepy off his rocker one, lol I use tapes Adrianne Reed is my favorite.

Well my new renewed eagerness to change my ways was really working well until I went for coffee this morning and while I was in the bathroom DH ordered me two massive waffles covered in syrup!!!!!! he said he thought I looked like I needed soul food

Of course I had to eat it then but honestly Sabatage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I FOUND you guys again LOL...My updates are I lost 4 lbs and gained 2 back I was counting calories on my app. and said screw it! I was allotted a certain amount of calories daily...Found myself eating more to fill my quota! haha...I am still not eating after dinner mostly..two yogurts and almonds at lunch--sometimes a bag of chips for salt but dang Ive been really good for a month and see and feel no difference:( It has been 477 posts since Ive been on so I have alot of catching up to do!
