My update is that I don't give a hoot about my weight or health. I knew a downswing was going to hit sometime and it has.

I've been on a self destructive several day downer. I feel better today, but cannot undo the damage I've done with binging and breaking my one pop a day habit, etc.
I can only get back up on that horse.
Uh, can somebody hold him while I get back on?
Dreading weigh in day.....
Hope you all having a good day. My cold is nearly gone now.... time to get back on the elliptical too!

Denying myself gets me into trouble. I try to think of how many calories I'm willing to spend, maybe 200, or 300 on a piece of cake, etc. Like I do save calories for my ice cream at night.
