I recently put my 2 cuckoo marans pullets that had not started to lay yet in the coop/run with my quad of BCM's (1 rooster and 3 hens) since my coop with BCM's in it is better built. I have a light on a timer in the coop that comes on at about 3am so that they get 14 hours of light. Today one of the cuckoo marans started to lay. The only reason I knew one of them layed is because I caught her in the nest box. Anyways to get to the point, since I probably want be able to tell their eggs apart how much should I charge for a dozen of hatching eggs since their is a chance to hatch chicks that would be a hybrid cross between a black copper marans rooster and a cuckoo marans hen?
