Hillbilly Hen has graciously agreed to maintain the attendence thread again this year.  While it is not necessary to sign up in advance, it is nice to have an idea of how many will be attending.  Plus knowing that you will be coming may be the reason that someone else attends.

When having problems with chickens stop and think, what would Harlan do?
I've dealt with many thorns in my life and the flower is always worth the effort.

I don't know how to do the "keeping of threads" thing, would offer if I knew how.  But I have found some very cute stuff and plan to bring more than one item for the gift table!

Also am dragging along some craft items this year.  Busy Busy.

I have a mixed flock of 14: (2 are roosters)  1  Barred Rock, 2 Black sex-link, 2 lt Brahma, 1 buff Chantecler, 4 Rh Island Red, and 4 pure Canadian white Chantecler.  Addition:  April 2013 Midget White turkeys!!!  5 of them left to raise.     One broody raising 9 little mixes.

How sweet! It is always nice to include the kids. I could not tell you how many were there last year though. I do know there were all ages.

There is playground equipment at the park, but kid-friendly games are a good idea

Home of the world's cutest dachshund, one crazy blue heeler, two cats,
one fat pony, and many (but not too many!) chickens

Can anyone tell me, how many are too many chickens?
