I have a SLW roo that I want to use as my main roo, but the 1/2 Bo is the dominant roo.

Take the Congo exit off I-30, go over the over pass and back down the east bound service road.. It will be on your right.  Right on the service road.

Hope to see you there.

Tickled about the eggs I bought from your John and nice to have met you in person today. The swap was super fun. Glad it was perfect weather. Hope we do this again soon. So happy to have sold all the chickens I brought.

Well, glad I found this thread!  Nice to know there are so many people close by!

Glad that I didn't find out about the swap earlier!  LOL  We are just starting our chicken jorney and I know for a fact I would have ended up bringing home some new ones and we are NOT ready for that!  roll.png  Yet!

Just as an FYI ... the breeds we would be looking for are:  BCM's, RIR, New Hamp's ... just to start wink.png .  We all know how chicken math works.  Right now we have 6 BO chicks and 7 "Red's" from the TSC Red Pullet bin.  I'm pretty sure most of them are Production Red's but 2 of them I'm not sure about yet.

Anyway, a couple months or so down the road we'll be looking to add to our current "crew" ... nice to know there are options out there besides TSC/hatchery chicks!

Look over at the "Heritage Rhode Island red" thread. Severa Heritage RIR breeders from Arkansas are posting on it.

I have 1 FBCM, 3 MF D'Uccle and 3 White Crested Blue Polish eggs needing a home. Plus what ever I get today before the PO closes. $10 includes shipping (in Arkansas).

Husband wants them for breakfast. PM if interested.
