Hey TO looks like you gotta get the list of food started on here.  lol CC said what she's bringing like 3 times lol

glad I didn't start this tread lol

if you put anything about BYC.com on the banner don't admit it to anyone!  copyright crap, you know! we could use felt sticky back letters on a vinyl banner?  I just don't know where to find the blank vinyl banner? I do know where I could get the letters stamped out. ( I think they would be 4" letters)  IDK how much it would cost though? then every year we all could sign the banner.  SO what would this banner say?

as for the T shirts I ALMOST got in trouble with them last year.  I will print some in last years design in various sizes for the bash.  IF you know that you FOR sure want one then PM me your shirt size and color preferance.  sizes run true an XL is an XL.  Men/women sizes are together.  Small, Medium, Large, XL, 2 - 5X I believe.  all t's are $10.  think any color BUT navy or black, anything lighter will allow us all to sign the backs of the shirts with permanent FABRIC markers.  don't want to have last years mistakes again.  PS sharpies DON'T work!

anywho

I'll bring baked beans! and a dessert or is it desert? the yummy one, although IF I could bring some warmth I would! lol

guess I'm setting my eggs sooner than planned, They would be hatching the bash weekend. I CAN'T have that! so I will have 1 week olds.  No dogs! and 2 vehicals, gotta have room for critters! lol and all of our stuff, takes alot of crap for 7 people!

gotta run

Well, heck you ladies will NEED my alcohol cherries!!!! Holy cow you are BAD! I'm right there with ya though with the kilt!

I can make Carrot Cake GF if you want TO. We would not make it there until after work for both of us so it would be later in the afternoon, is that alright? Or if we will be having too many desserts, I can make something else.Bring fruit or veggies or something.... TO where is that food list?

The Discount store in Waupaca makes banners. They put metal grommets in them for hanging, and they are pretty reasonable with the pricing. If anybody wanted just a general banner for by the road, I can pick one up. When we were trying to find the place last year it was a bit difficult since the balloons by the road were almost hidden in the grass. DH suggests big neon chicken cut-outs along the road to mark the location of the bash.

Oh yes White Elephant gift..... hmmm....... what to bring.....

Has anyone every Ho-Made  (as Bigz would say)  had Apple Pie Shots ? We delivered eggs the the local bar and they make them an sell them by the jug (not sure that's legal but hey, they're all Kintucks up here ) not me of course !!! LOL

They won't give out the recipe but I can buy a bottle to bring.

I was talking to the neighbor about the Apple Pie Shots and they said they knew someone who had the recipe  !!! YUM !! Now I know what I"m going to be doing with all of my apple trees in the fall !!!

I think here in Wisconsin everone has a neighbor that has a recipe for Apple Pie Shots.  The trouble is trying to remember which neighbor...after you have "sampled" the bottle! LOL  This meeting sounds interesting!?!  I understand the White Elephant Gift, is there anything else I should beware of?  It seems to me a person should be perpared to spend the night.  What does the majority do?  Any suggestions or insider-info.

Hey Gallus! frow.gif Be aware that we are all crazy chicken addicts, and if you come to the Bash you will be overstuffed with scrumptious food, be regaled with stories Paul Harvey would be proud of, and leave with what could be a very odd white elephant gift indeed. We'd love to have ya!!

Some people spend the night, but most come on Saturday, that's the main day. We usually have a plant/seed swap, and lots of people bring birds. Did I mention the mountains of delectable goodies?

Never had Apple Pie shots. I have had Oatmeal Cookie shots. That's an easy recipe to find. Wowzers, I think I might have to leave Cartman home; but then Terri and DrH would hit me. hide.gif

Dont you find it odd that people will put more work into choosing their mechanic or house contractor than they will into choosing the person who grows their food?
