Is this ok to feed them?

I have some shepherd's pie made with beef (cooked in wine). There is about a bowlful left that no one in my family will eat. Is it ok for them to eat? I don't know if the wine will make any difference.

Should be fine.  If it is cooked in wine the alcohol should have cooked off and just left the wine flavoring.

They'll love it... most of the alcohol will be cooked out anyway.

I take treats like that and mix them with the powdery feed left in the feeders.  The feed absorbs the flavor and disappears with the treat.  Look Out! Hungry birds!

Don't put it in the feeder though!  I have a treat bowl for that.

I use a separate bowl for the treats, don't worry!

They loved it! They ate every last bit! :)
