and I'm so excited! wee.gif

it's beautiful, it's in the middle of nowhere on a gravel road, you can't see the neighbors in any direction, and you can't hear traffic anywhere.

love.gif

83 acres, exterior fenced for cows, about 25 acres in pasture 35 in mature woods, and the rest was pasture 4 years ago and could be pretty easily returned to pasture.  and a pond.  and access to a natural spring from the neighbor's property.

and a berm house, dug into the side of a hill.

the chicken house is structurally sound, but needs a lot of work.

has a natural location for a shooting range

did I mention this? wee.gif

finally, I can breathe.

good thing the hubby trusts me, he's in CA and hasn't seen it yet... :D

chickens, geese, turkeys, ducks, guineas, sheep, goats, draft and light horses, cats, herding dogs, livestock guard dogs, bees, mealies... (what, no cows? no llamas?), a very cool hubby who takes it all in stride and builds what they need.
