One girl and boy per district. So, no. 11 girl position is also filled.

I sent in my form for the boy in 11.

"I rode a much more advanced horse named Lil Mitzy the other day. Although I accidentaly kicked her out of pure habit and she bolted a little, I learned from my mistakes. That day, someone else rode Starfire. I wasn't as sad as I thought I'd be, either. I learned that each horse brings out the best in me in a different way." -- Me

If it has a reserved sign or a form in it then it is not open. tongue.png I am like rushing right now, so I can't look but if you look and find an open feel free to have one of the spots.

I feel like i'm being picky, but district 9 doesn't have animals, they eat and produce grain products, and run factories.
