are m turkeys toms or hens, one im pretty sure is a hen the other is bigger and has a redder head and more bumps.

Little snood, looks like feathering going up the back of the head, and looks like the breast feathers have light edges.  Looks like a beautiful Bourbon Red hen.  If the pics are different birds, then it would look like two hens to me.

and I've only had turkeys like 3 times, and i suck at gender guessing

Thank you all for your responses.......however, you are all wrong, and i say that in the nicest way possible, a week after i posted this my TOM started to breed with my black spanish hen, the eggs are fertile and in my incubator as of today, he also went through a growth spurt, and has started dispalying, on closer inspection i noticed the difference in the white and black tips on the feathers, i did not know that trick before, ive never had  bourbon reds till now
