Sick Barred Rock?

One of our 4 layers seems to be sick. Noticed a few days ago her feathers under her vent were covered in poop and I realized that I probably havent seen an egg from her in a week or so. That day seemed less interested in leaving the coop for free range time. Then tonight I looked in and she wasnt roosting but sleeping on the ground. I have seen her eat and she has fresh water. Help!

So this week she started laying again. She has layed 4 eggs and is almost back to a daily laying schedule. But the first 2 eggs were rough and sandpapery the last 2 were smooth but all have been much lighter colored since she stopped laying and all have seemed thinner easy to crack open. Any ideas?
