So you know they're only in their offices one or two days a week. so there may be a slight delay before you get a call back, but you will hear back. And they can usually schedule you fairly quickly.

You mean their calls are not forwarded to cell phones? LOL How can that be . . . every other state agency has forwarded. DH phone rings non-stop and at night too.
