Genetics question

I have a mutt rooster, Hedwig, hatched from a light brown mystery egg (not my egg, no clue what breed the parents were, wasn't even sure it was a chicken until it hatched). Based on certain traits, I think he may be part Favorelle? He's white with black tail feathers, has muffs and a beard, single comb, and feathers down his legs (no extra toe).

I'm considering breeding him with one of my Ameraucanas to hatch EEs, but I'm wondering what traits he may pass on? I've read the feathered leg trait is dominant, and I'm not especially fond of it, considering the hens are always plucking them out, poor guy. It's very unattractive.

some, 1/2?, (maybe all) of his chicks will have feathered shanks.

pea combs are dominant over single

It is really hard to guess what else may pop up.

It's a shot in the dark.

With chickens at least you can eat what you don't want to keep.

The surprise is part of the fun. I probably won't eat them (unless they're roosters). I'm just curious.

Show pics of dad and the hens he'll cover and that would really help us.

Also, he likely isn't Faverolle. The fifth toe is pretty dominant and in the first gen will pass on. Beyond the first gen, a Faverolle cross wouldn't look that much like a Faverolle.
