That doesn't look like cuckoo to me.
Just looks like a nice mixed breed chick.

Was it born with a white dot on its head? 
If so, then yes, very poor cuckoo patterning on a birchen, pencilled, or similar type color patterning.
Otherwise it's just a silver birchen, pencilled, or other type patterning throwing you off.
